Technomuseum "Imagine Corner View"

last photo borrowed from the technomuseum website
The giant sculpture is titled Half Man Half Machine

Can you imagine a world without technology?  I sure can't!  I am so grateful for all the great minds past and present who saw problems or have visions on how to make things better.  Today the older boys, Addy, and I went to Mannheim where we went to the Technomuseum .  They had such a great time.  It was one of the best science museums we have been too.  On floors A and F, they have a ton of on hands activities for children.  In the museum you will see how paper is made, fabric, and how engines work.  You will learn about pulleys and water wheels.  Definitely worth the money.

I looks great! We spent quite a lot of rainy afternoons in the Parisian science museums, too. In one of them planes and old cars are presented in an old church… quite impressing… I wish you a nice, sunny day!

A Fascinating visit, and from the smiles and your enthusiastic account, a big success too.

Technology much easier in life - but sometimes, some technology is too difficult and then it would be easier without it.

Very cool - your boys are so lucky to be able to see such an amazing place. I think my wee girl may well be interested in that museum too - despite her penchant for fairies and princesses :-)
